Chocolate Crea M Frosting
|Unsweetened chocolate square||2|
|10x confectioners sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Melt chocolate and butter or margarine in top of large double boiler over hot, not boiling, water; beat in sugar, salt and egg until well blended and smooth.
2. Place top of double boiler over ice in large bowl; start beating mixture with electric mixer at high speed, gradually adding cream; continue beating 3 to 4 minutes, or until fluffy; stir in vanilla.
3. Keep frosting over ice as you work. Chill cake until serving time.
