Fudgy Fructose Frosting
|Fructose||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Skim milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Unsweetened chocolate square||2|
|Margarine||2 Teaspoon (Corn Oil)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Mix fructose, skim milk, and cornstarch together in saucepan until cornstarch dissolves.
Add chocolate and cook over medium heat until chocolate melts and mixture thickens and bubbles.
Remove from heat.
Add margarine and vanilla, stirring until creamy.
Spread over cake.
