Coconut Pecan Frosting

Ingredients
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (skimmed)
  Granulated sugar replacement 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Flour 1 Teaspoon
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Coconut 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (unsweetened)
  Pecans 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
Directions

Combine milk, sugar replacement, egg, flour and margarine in saucepan.
Cook and stir on low heat until mixture thickens and then remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla, coconut and pecans; let cool slightly.
Spread over cake while warm.
