Semi Sweet Carob Frosting
|Carob powder||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Granulated fructose||1 Teaspoon|
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Combine carob powder, cornstarch, fructose, and salt in a small saucepan Add boiling water.
Stir to blend.
Place over medium heat, and stir and cook until thick.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vegetable oil and vanilla thoroughly.
Frost cake while frosting is still warm.
