Caramel Flavored Frosting
|Butterscotch flavored pudding mix||1 Box (sugar-free to cook)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine butterscotch pudding mix and water in a saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Pour into mixing bowl and cool completely until set.
Beat egg white until stiff.
Beat egg white into cooled pudding just before using.
