Orange Frosting

Ingredients
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Granulated fructose 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon extract 1 Teaspoon
  Orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
Directions

Combine orange juice, cornstarch, fructose, and salt in a small saucepan Place over medium heat, and stir and cook until thick.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vegetable oil, lemon extract, and orange rind.
Frost cake while frosting is still warm.
