Passion Fruit 7 Minute Frosting

Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Passion fruit juice/Frozen pineapple juice 6 Tablespoon, frozen (thawed)
  Light corn syrup 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
Beat over low heat with a rotary beater until sugar is dissolved.
Cook for 7 minutes, beating constantly, or until frosting will stand in peaks.
Remove from the heat, beat until thick enough to spread.
