Seven Minute Frosting

Ingredients
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg whites 2
  Cream of tartar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Simmer a small amount of water in the bottom of a double boiler.
In the top of the boiler, combine sugar replacement, egg whites, cream of tartar, and the cold water.
Set over the simmering water.
Beat the egg white mixture on high for 6 to 7 minutes or until very thick.
Add the vanilla extract and beat a minute longer or until frosting is thick enough to spread.
