Rich Fudge Frosting

|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 stick)|
|Cocoa powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 (confectioners' powdered, sifted)|
Melt butter or margarine with cocoa in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring often, until mixture is smooth; remove from heat.
Beat in 10X sugar, salt and vanilla until smooth with electric mixer at high speed.
