Fudge Frosting With Heavy Cream

Ingredients
  Unsweetened chocolate square 2 Ounce (2X1 Ounce Squares)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Melt chocolate with cream in small heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate melts completely.
Stir in granulated sugar and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Add enough powdered sugar to make frosting a soft spreading consistency.
Beat until slightly cooled; spread over brownies.
