|Unsweetened chocolate square||2 (Bakers Brand)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter||3 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Or 3 Heaping Tablespoons)|
Melt chocolate and butter together and cool.
Place icing sugar, vanilla, egg, milk and salt in bowl.
Beat well, and then add the cooled chocolate mixture, and continue beating until right consistency to spread.
If difficult to stiffen, beat over ice or in sink with cold water running. (This icing never hardens).
