Chocolate Marshmallow Frosting
|Unsweetened chocolate square||2 Ounce (2 Pieces)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sifted powdered sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Miniature marshmallows||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans/Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine chocolate and butter in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts.
Combine powdered sugar, egg, vanilla, and chocolate mixture in a medium bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in marshmallows and pecans.
