|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cocoa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||16 Ounce (1 Package)|
Combine butter, milk, and cocoa in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat; add powdered sugar, stirring well.
