Simple Homemade Chocolate Frosting
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Semi-sweet chocolate morsels||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted|
Combine butter and milk in a heavy saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts.
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate morsels, and beat until smooth; cool.
Gradually stir in enough powdered sugar to make mixture a good spreading consistency.
