Rich Chocolate Frosting
|Semi sweet chocolate morsels||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Half and half||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sifted powdered sugar||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
Combine chocolate morsels, half and half, and butter in a saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat; blend in powdered sugar.
Set saucepan in ice; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until frosting holds its shape
