Caramel Frosting

Ingredients
  Rich milk/Cream/1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix ingredients in a saucepan and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Cook until syrup forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water.
Cool slightly and beat until creamy.
Spread on cake immediately.
