|Rich milk/Cream/1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Mix ingredients in a saucepan and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Cook until syrup forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water.
Cool slightly and beat until creamy.
Spread on cake immediately.
