Rich Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
  Unsweetened chocolate 3 Ounce, melted (3 Squares)
  Powdered sugar 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hot coffee 1 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 3
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Sift powdered sugar and add to melted chocolate.
Add salt and coffee; beat well.
Add yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add butter and vanilla and beat again.
Enough to do sides and top of cake.
