Rich Chocolate Frosting
|Unsweetened chocolate||3 Ounce, melted (3 Squares)|
|Powdered sugar||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
|Hot coffee||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
Sift powdered sugar and add to melted chocolate.
Add salt and coffee; beat well.
Add yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add butter and vanilla and beat again.
Enough to do sides and top of cake.
