|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, softened|
|Confectioner's sugar||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), sifted|
|Instant coffee||2 Teaspoon|
|Hot milk||2 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract/Rum extract/brandy flavoring||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|9 inch frost layer cake||1|
In a mixing bowl combine butter, sugar, coffee, cocoa, 1 tablespoon of hot milk and the vanilla.
With portable electric mixer or wooden spoon beat mixture at medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
Gradually beat in a little more hot milk if mixture seems too thick to spread.
