Semi Sweet Chocolate Frosting
Partially melt 6 ounces semisweet chocolate pieces and 1/4 cup butter or margarine together in the top of a double boiler over hot water.
Remove from heat and stir until completely melted.
Beating until smooth after each addition, alternately add 2 cups confectioners' sugar in fourths and 3 tablespoons hot water in thirds to the chocolate mixture.
Beat until frosting is of spreading consistency.
