Butter Chocolate Frosting
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Land O Lakes)|
|Semi sweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce (Nestles)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Confectioner's sugar||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), sifted|
Combine milk and butter in saucepan; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Blend in chocolate morsels.
Stir in vanilla extract and confectioners' sugar.
Beat until of spreading consistency.
If necessary, thin with a few drops milk.
