Fluffy Honey Frosting

  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg whites 2
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Bring honey to boiling in a small saucepan over low heat.
Add salt to egg whites and beat until stiff, not dry, peaks are formed.
Beating constantly, pour the hot honey very slowly in a thin stream over the egg whites.
Continue beating 2 to 3 minutes, or until frosting forms rounded peaks.
