Ingredients
  Low fat cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain non-fat yogurt 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add cottage cheese and yogurt.
Top with cover, and process until smooth, scraping sides occasionally.
Cover and chill for 4 hours.
