Mushroom Fritters With Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients
  Small fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying)
  Fritter batter 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Basic One)
  Remoulade sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Basic One)
Directions

Remove stems from mushrooms; dip in batter to coat entire surface.
Drop into hot (370°F) oil in deep-fat fryer; fry until lightly browned on all sides.
Remove from fat; drain on paper toweling.
