Ingredients
  Oysters 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 2 Small
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by chopping the oysters
MAKING
2.Make a batter of the eggs, milk, flour, baking powder and salt
3.Stir the oysters into the batter and drop by spoonfuls into a deep pan or pot filled with hot oil (350°-365°F.)
Serving
4.Serve with a sauce of your choice
