Ingredients
  Corn 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh Or Canned)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Fat 1 Teaspoon, melted
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by chopping the corn very finely
MAKING
2.Place the corn and add salt, pepper, well beaten egg, melted fat, milk, flour and baking powder
3.In a frying pan, fry 2-3minutes in deep fat (360°-370° F.)
SERVING
4.Serve with a sauce of your choice
