Bite-Size Apple Fritters

Have you ever tried serving Apple Fritters in fondue; oh my oh, that's so damn tasty! I have made these Bite-Size Apple fritters, spiced with cinnamon and right before serving I offered my guests a fork and showed them the way to the fondue pot. This Apple Fritters in fondue pot is so gonna add on to the fun at any social gathering; give it a try your guests are gonna love it!

Add 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon to fritter batter for fruits .
Heat oil as directed for banana fritters.
Cut 4 to 5 small, peeled, and cored apples crosswise into 1/2 inch thick slices.
Cut slices into thirds or quarters.
To keep apple pieces from darkening, drizzle 1 tablespoon lemon juice over apples; mix.
Spear an apple piece with a long-handled fondue fork.
Dip into batter; drain well.
Hold in hot oil until golden brown on all sides, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Cool slightly; dip in confectioners' or cinnamon sugar.
Remove from fork, eat and fry another.
