Basic Corn Fritters
|Corn ears||6 , corn cut off cob to make 3 cups|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded mild cheddar cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Mix corn from cob with flour, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Blend in egg and cheese; drop by teaspoonfuls in deep fat at 365Â°.
Cook until golden brown; drain on absorbent towels.
Serve for breakfast, lunch, or dinner
