Basic Fritter Batter 2

Ingredients
  Flour 125 Gram
  Egg yolk 1
  Melted butter 30 Gram
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Warm water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg whites 2 , stiffly whisked
Directions

In processor combine the flour, egg yolk, melted butter and the salt.
Process to mix the ingredients together.
Add the warm water and process for 5 seconds.
Allow to cool.
Whisk the egg whites and fold into mixture.
This batter is best fried or deep fried in very hot fat.
