Apple And Banana Fritters

Ingredients
  Plain flour 6 Ounce (About 175 Grams Or 1.75 Cups)
  Beer 1⁄2 Pint (About 300 Milliliter Or 1.25 Cups)
  Cooking apple 2 (Use Green Variety)
  Banana 4
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Castor sugar 2 Ounce (About 50 Grams Or 0.25 Cup)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon (About 5 Milliliter)
Directions

1 Make the batter by blending the flour with the beer, and beat until smooth.
2 Peel and core the apples, and cut into slices 1cm (1/2 in) thick.
Peel the bananas and split in half.
3 Dip each piece of fruit into the batter.
Carefully place in a pan of deep fat and fry for 3 minutes until crisp and golden, turning once.
Drain on absorbent paper and serve sprinkled with the castor sugar mixed with the cinnamon.
