Peking Apple Fritters

|Flour||2 Tablespoon (About 30 Milliliter)|
|Corn flour||2 Tablespoon (Cornstarch, About 30 Milliliter)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
|Oil||2 Fluid Ounce (About 50 Milliliter Or 0.25 Cup)|
|Sugar||6 Ounce (About 175 Grams Or 0.75 Cup)|
|White sesame seeds||4 Teaspoon (About 20 Milliliter)|
1 Peel, core and cut each apple into quarters.
Beat the egg and egg white until well blended and mix in the flour and cornflour (cornstarch).
2 Heat the oil for deep frying to 190Â°C, 375Â°E Dip the apple wedges in the egg batter and fry them in the oil until golden-brown.
Remove and drain.
3 Place the oil and sugar in a saucepan.
Heat gently, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves.
Increase the heat and cook until the sugar begins to caramelize.
Place the fritters on a serving dish and pour over the caramel.
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve immediately.
