Deep Fried Corn Fritters

Deep Fried Corn Fritters are crispy and delicious. I serve this often for dinner parties. Don’t miss this wonderful Deep Fried Corn Fritters .
  Canned whole kernel corn 1 Pound, drained
  Egg 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Melted butter/Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Deep Fat For Frying)

While allowing corn to drain, mix egg, salt, milk, flour, baking powder, melted butter, and sugar.
Stir with a wooden spoon you don't need a mixer for this.
Add drained corn.
After corn is mixed in allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls into hot fat.
Cook until puffy and golden brown, drain on paper, and transfer to a warmed platter.
