|Onion||1 Small, minced fine|
|Hot pepper||1 Dash|
|Biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced american cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Fat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
|Jelly/Jam||1 Tablespoon (Of Your Choice)|
In a bowl mix egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, onion, pepper, and prepared biscuit mix.
Blend well, then stir in the cheese.
Preheat fat in skillet.
Drop mixture by tablespoons into hot fat.
Fry until golden brown fritters.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with your favorite jelly or jam.
