Ingredients
  Corn 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Melted fat 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Chop corn coarsely, then add remaining ingredients.
Beat well and drop by spoonfuls in deep hot fat heated to 360° F.
Fry until done turning frequently.
