|Milk||2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)|
|Peaches||1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled|
|Confectioner' s sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Sift flour, salt, baking powder and 2 tablespoons sugar together.
Beat egg; add egg and milk to flour mixture.
Cut peaches in slice; sweeten to taste.
Dip peaches in batter.
Fry in deep fat heated to 365 degrees for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
