|Fat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Fresh red pepper||1|
Soak peas in water overnight; drain.
Puree peas in blender container, small amount at a time, with garlic red pepper, salt and enough water to make thick paste.
Beat, adding water gradually, until of batter consistency.
Drop by leaping teaspoonfuls into deep medium hot fat; brown, turning to brown evenly.
Serve hot as appetizer or with seafood.
