Squash Fritters

Ingredients
  Summer squash 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated
  Grated onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 5 Tablespoon
  Egg 2 , beaten
  Butter 2 , melted
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

MAKING
1)Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients one by one.
2)In a griddle, or a pan, heat the oil.
3)Now drop the batter by the tablespoons in the oil.
4)Once the fritter turns golden brown, flip over and cook the other side.

SERVING
5)Serve hot with any dip or sauce or choice.
