Oyster Fritters

Ingredients
  Oysters 1 Pint, drained and chopped
  Eggs 2 Small, beaten
  Self rising flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Oil 2 Tablespoon (For Frying)
  Lemon wedges 4
Directions

MAKING
1)Keep liquid from oysters.
2)Make a batter of eggs,flour,oysters,salt,pepper and the liquid.
3)Take a pan,heat 3/4 inch of the oil and drop the batter using a ladle or large spoon.
4)Now cook till brown on one side,turn and cook on the other side.
5)Drain on the paper towel.

SERVING
6) Serve with lemon wedges.
