Clam Fritters

Ingredients
  Clams 1 Pint, chopped
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon wedges 3
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients in the order.
2)Take a pan and heat the oil.
3)Take a ladle or large size spoon and pour a spoonful into the hot oil, forming cakes.
4)Brown on both sides.

SERVING
6)Serve immediately with lemon wedges
