Pineapple Fromage

Ingredients
  Low fat cottage cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Canned pineapple rings 6 , unsweetened, drained
  Frozen unsweetened cherries 6 , thawed
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Heat oven to 325°F.
2) Use vegetable spray on a 9-inch non stick layer cake.

MAKING
3) Blend cottage cheese, eggs, honey vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
4) Add into the non-stick pan and place on middle shelf for 45 minutes.
5) Add a slice of pineapple in the center of the cake.
6) Position the other slices around the middle slice, overlapping if required.
7) Add a cherry in the center of each pineapple slice and place in oven for another 10 minutes.
8) Chill.

SERVING
9) Cut into wedges and serve.
