Caraway Potato Fritters
|Old potatoes||1 Pound (450 Gram)|
|Flour||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Caraway seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
1. Peel the potatoes and onion, grate coarsely and drain on absorbent paper.
2. Mix the vegetables with the flour, eggs, seasoning and caraway seeds.
3. Heat butter and oil to cover the base of a frying pan.
4. Place spoonfuls of the mixture in the pan and cook about 10 minutes, turning to brown both sides.
5. Drain and serve hot.
