|Fat/Salad oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Confectioner' s sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Canned apple slices||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Drained)|
|Apple juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
1)In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
3)In a small bowl, beat egg and add. Mix well.
4)In a pan, heat fat or salad oil and drop apple slices.
5)Fry them from both sides until brown. Drain.
6)Sprinkle confectioners' sugar.
7)To make mace sauce-In a saucepan, add sugar, cornstarch, salt and mace.
8)Slowly add apple juice and stirring until blended.
9)Cook until thickened. Stir constantly.
10)Add lemon juice and butter. Stir until melted.
11)Serve hot apple fritters with mace sauce.
