|Eggs||2 Small, beaten|
|Fat||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (For deep frying)|
1)In a bowl, mix milk and corn.
2)In another bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder together.
3)Now, mix dry mixture to corn mixture.
4)Add shortening and eggs and beat well.
5)In a pan, heat fat and deep fry until golden and crisp.
6)Serve the corn fritters hot.
