Cauliflower Fritters

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 1 Large
  Self rising flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lukewarm water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Onion 1
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1)In a saucepan, cook cauliflower in salted water until tender and drain.
2)In a mixing bowl, add flour, lukewarm water, egg and 1 tablespoon olive oil and mix well. Leave it for an hour.

MAKING
3)Then, add remaining oil, vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
4)Add onion and parsley.
5)In a shallow dish, spread cauliflower and pour marinade. Leave it for 30 minutes. Drain.
6)Dip the cauliflower in batter.
7)In a pan, heat fat and fry cauliflower until golden brown. Drain.

SERVING
8)Sprinkle the cauliflower fritters with garlic salt and serve.
