  Fresh corn on the cob 1
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl or food processor combine all the ingredients together thereafter frying spoonfuls in butter or oil until browned on each side.
SERVING
2. Serve with any fresh or frozen fruit and some yoghurt or sour cream.
