Minted Vegetable Fritters

Ingredients
  Self raising flour 6 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Paprika pepper 1 Pinch
  Dried mint 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Frozen mixed vegetables 8 Ounce
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl beat thebattered ingredients.
2) Add frozen vegetables.
3) In a frying pan heat oil, add butter and place spoonful of batter a at a time. Fry for 5 min on either sidetill golden.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately with grilled lamb cutlets or cold roast lamb.
