Crispy Lobster Fritters

Ingredients
  Flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sifted
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Boiled lobster meat 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), ground
Directions

1. Sift dry ingredients together.
2. Combine egg, milk and lobster.
3. Add to dry ingredients and mix.
4. Drop by tablespoons into hot deep fat (375°F.) and fry until brown, 3 to 5 minutes.
