Don't have eggs in your pantry and you wann make honey fritters? Welcome to BakingMama collection of eggless recipes. This recipe of honey fritters will guide you to prepare even more flavorful honey fritters without eggs for you and your loved ones.
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (thick)
  Cream 1 Pint
  Mace 1 Pinch
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for frying)
  Wholewheat slice 5

Melt the honey and use 2 tblspns, to beat with the milk and cream, adding the mace and cinnamon.
Slice stale bread and remove the top hard crust and cut in half.
Soak in the cream mixture for 3 mins.
and drain slightly.
Drop into hot butter and fry until golden on both sides.
Add a little hot water to rest of honey to thin slightly and pour over the fritters.
