  Cooked pumpkin 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar To Taste
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)
Directions

Mix all ingredients well, make into fritter shapes and fry in oil.
Serve with cinnamon- flavoured sugar.
