Vegetable Fritter Batter
|Sifted flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together into a bowl.
Slowly add milk and beat until smooth.
Add egg and beat well.
Use for dipping vegetables that are to be deep-fat-fried.
