Chilli Bites

Ingredients
  Pea flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green chili 3
  Onion 1 Large
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne To Taste
  White flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot red chili pepper 2
  Spinach leaves 4
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Shred the chillies and onion and chop the spinach leaves.
Mix all the ingredients into a stiff batter with cold water.
Drop a teaspoonful at a time into very hot oil, and fry until golden brown, then drain.
This recipe can include thyme, ground cloves, potatoes or brinjal.
